Auto-Rig Pro is not just a retargeter but also a versatile rigging addon, so you’re getting plenty of value for your money.

Quick Map (Free): While I haven’t personally put this through a test myself, it comes highly recommended by artists I trust and is definitely worth a look.
Renim Node (Free): This addon generated significant buzz upon release due to its unique node-based interface. However, in my personal testing, I found it difficult to achieve reliable results.
