Delta Quad is a specialized remesh addon, aimed at hard-surface modeling. It does not remesh dense meshes. Instead, it can take big flat polygons common in hard-surface workflows and split them into smaller quad surfaces.
Delta Quad is the successor of Beta Quad. Beta Quad is still available for sale and, to be honest, I am not sure why. Here is a link to Beta Quad.
