Beta Quad is created by the same developer as Delta Quad. Delta Quad is the newer of the two. However, Beta Quad is still available for sale. The reason is that while the two tools have a similar goal, they produce slightly different topology.
Many users find that Beta Quad creates a more appealing quad layout. Delta Quad offers more precision and works better with n-gons.
