DeadFace is a free standalone application that can track facial expressions from video. It can export a .scv file compatible with the 52 ARKit shapekyes. Any video is supported and there is no need for a camera with a depth-sensor such an iPhone.
DeadFace also offers a live mode in which the animation is applied to a character in Blender or Unreal Engine in real time.
