I do not have direct experience with the Animeasy Pro addon. Please take a look at their website and draw your own conclusions.
In this short article I’ll just summarize my own impression based on what I see in the product description.
CGDive’s Inspection (mostly guesswork)
On the surface, Animeasy Pro looks like a feature-rich addon for animators. The design is button-centric and it looks like it was developed with care.
While the list of animation features is impressive, a lot of them feel like default Blender tools, wrapped under a nice interface. There is nothing wrong with that and in fact many Blender addons rely on the existing feature set. The problem I see is that the product page seems to present those as original tools.
Some of the listed tools such as Global Offset and Real Time Motion Paths are not in Blender by default but they are available for free download from the Extensions platform.
Global Offset free alternative: Animation Auto Offset Extension
Real Time Motion Paths free alternative: Motion Path Pro Extension
Subscription Service
Another important thing to consider is that the addon is sold as a Yearly Subscription service. My guess is that buying a 1-year subscription gives you access to updates for a year. After that you can probably keep using your downloaded addons due to the nature of Blender’s license which also applies to addons. But you’ll not get further updates.
Assuming that the addon works well, it may be a nice quality-of-life set of tools. If nothing else, you may like the interface and find it more intuitive than default Blender.
While the product doesn’t do anything wrong, it does seem to operate in a slightly unusual way inside the Blender community.
If you want a feature-rich animation addon from a developers with a more solid reputation, check out AniMate Pro or AnimToolBox.
